The rates shown are inclusive of VAT, but do not include tourist tax.
The booking fee is 30% of the amount to be paid, 50% in case of a group booking, which can be completed via bank transfer to our bank account, or via debit card pre-authorization, online payment via SimplePay.
The booking fee is considered a non-refundable deposit.
The booking and the receipt of the booking fee will be confirmed to the client.
The hotel is entitled to merchandize accommodation booked optional and without a booking fee.
5 days before arrival, the reservation can be modified 1 time by mutual appointment.
In case of cancellation 48 hours before arrival or no-show, 100% of the ordered service will be invoiced.
If the failure to record the data – the absence of a document or its non-transmission – is due to the guest’s fault, the hotel will demand a penalty payment of the cancellation amount.
Room rates are seasonal. The more nights, the lower daily room rates for multi-day packages.

High Season: Jul. 01 – Sept. 14.
Late Mid-Season: Sept. 15 – Dec. 23.
