• The rates shown are inclusive of VAT, but do not include tourist tax.<\/li>\n
• The booking fee is 30% of the amount to be paid, 50% in case of a group booking, which can be completed via bank transfer to our bank account, or via debit card pre-authorization.<\/li>\n
• The booking fee is considered a non-refundable deposit.<\/li>\n
• The booking and the receipt of the booking fee will be confirmed to the client.<\/li>\n
• The hotel is entitled to merchandize accommodation booked optional and without a booking fee.<\/li>\n
• 5 days before arrival, the reservation can be modified 1 time by mutual appointment.<\/li>\n
• In case of cancellation 48 hours before arrival or no-show, 100% of the ordered service will be invoiced.<\/li>\n
• If the failure to record the data – the absence of a document or its non-transmission – is due to the guest’s fault, the hotel will demand a penalty payment of the cancellation amount.<\/li>\n
• Room rates are seasonal. The more nights, the lower daily room rates for multi-day packages.<\/li>\n
